A color font with a Solid version

This font is a color font in the OpenType COLR format. In programs that support color fonts, the letters appear with their built-in colors right away. In programs that do not, the letters appear in a single color. To keep it usable everywhere, your download also includes a Solid version for one-color work, plus color PNG and SVG files of every character.

The Solid version is helpful for cutting machines and for designs where you want to choose your own color. Because the bubble shapes are simple and rounded, they are comfortable to weed, layer and fill.

Design and color tips

• Balloon banner. One letter per balloon shape, with the font filling each balloon.
• Name poster. A child’s name in large letters, surrounded by stars, clouds and dots.
• Sticker pack. Words such as “Hello”, “Yay” and “Fun” each with a white border and a small icon.
• Party signs. “Treats”, “Games” and “Gifts” signs for a party table.

Choosing colors that go well with the font

The built-in colors are bright. If you want to support them, pick soft pastel backgrounds such as pale pink, mint, light blue and cream. For a bolder look, a dark navy or deep purple background makes bright bubble letters glow. If you use the Solid version, you can match the colors to your own palette. Check how the colors look on screen and on paper, since printing can shift bright shades.
